Lisa Benson is a diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism consultant. She's also an Emmy award-winning journalist with more than 20 years of communication and television news experience.
After a personal battle with workplace discrimination, and victory in a federal court, she now teaches others the impact of exclusion, unconscious biases, and systemic racism.

Lisa has earned Diversity and Inclusion certifications from Cornell University, Northwestern University and University of Cambridge.
She also has a B.A. in Mass Media Arts from Clark Atlanta University. Lisa uses her understanding of dimensions of identity, the history of exclusion, and institutionalized racism to educate teachers, attorneys, business leaders, and industry professionals.
Lisa is also available for private small group discussions, to help lead transformative conversations about race.
She truly believes this knowledge creates transformative connections and inclusive environments for everyone
